This is a performance-based seminar presented in a traditional lecture environment. Practical exercises include student activities and completing actual “log book entries”. This seminar is designed to give you guidance or refresh your knowledge of the Hours of Service requirements contained in the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) as referenced in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 49, Part 395.
