Instruction is provided in the application of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) to fleet operations. The course emphasizes the practical side of regulatory compliance from the level of regulations to the acute, critical and serious safety violations identified by the U. S. DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
